My 3-month-old kitten has a swollen eye. Is it an emergency?

Hi there, I just got home from work and my 3 month old kittens left eye is swollen! It’s swallow under her bottom left eye lid

Poor Boots! She could have injured her eye or has an eye infection. Any eye problem is considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. The vet can diagnose the cause of his swollen eye and can treat him for it. I hope this helps.

    Oh wow, that's bad. Gordito could have severely injured his eye. This is a medical emergency, and you cannot treat this at home. You have to take him into a vet now. Leaving this untreated can lead to vision loss.
