What vaccines does my new rescued dog need for Petco grooming?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 50 lbs

I just recently rescued a Siberian Husky male. He is 1 year & 2 months. He appears to be healthy. Which vaccines should I make sure are updated & which vaccines are needed in order for him to be able to make his grooming appointment at petco? (Attached is a picture of him & of his vaccine record)

He is quite handsome. It looks like he is due for his distemper/parvo vaccine and Bordetella vaccine. He will be due for his rabies at the beginning of March. In order to keep all of his vaccines together, I would go ahead and have all of his vaccines updated before having him groomed. I hope this helps!

Hi, it is best that yoou contact your groomer to find out as they have different requirements. They will probably want the routine booster up to date as well as the Bordetella vaccination, but to be on the safer side, double check with them.
