My cat is suddenly sick, lethargic, and has a fever. What to do?

My cat is lying in his side from morning when lying he couldnt move. He walked today very rarely and ate some food and drunk some water. I think he have a feaver he was good till yesterday night. What can i do? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 10 months and 21 days old | 8.8 lbs

Hello. Poor Kuttu does not look well at all. We are just so unable to make a diagnosis or recommend any medications without knowing how sick little Kuttu is. If there is any way you can have him examined by a veterinarian, then things can be sorted out quickly, a diagnosis made, or at least proper medications ( if needed ) can be started.
