New dog sick after travel: weak, thin, diarrhea. What's wrong?

I imported max from egypt yesterday, he is so weak and very thin, his bones are noted and he have diarrea and he dont want to eat, he only drinks water, the seller told me that's because of the weather change since in lebanon it is cold and in egypt hot. What is wrong with him? Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 16 days old | 33 lbs

Poor Max! While the shock of travel could definitely be making him feel unwell, if he isn't recovering after a few hours, or is absolutely refusing to eat/drink and is completely lethargic, I would bring him to a vet ASAP. It is possible he may be ill or may have been injured/become ill during his travels, so a veterinary exam is best to figure out the cause.
