My dog has been vomiting for a month and won't eat. What should I do?

My dog is not well for abt a month whatever she eats just vomits. Cannot digest food. Saline was also given but no improvement. She is not willing to eat anything. What to do? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | 1 year and 1 month old | 13.22 lbs

Poor Nimmi! There are many reasons she could be displaying the signs. She could have parasites in her G.I. tract, she could have a foreign body in her stomach or intestines, she could have inflammatory bowel disease, kidney disease, cancer, and the list goes on. because there are so many different reasons and clinically they look the same, she needs to see her veterinarian and needs to have tests run to figure out what’s going on.
