Why does my 3yr old Scottie frequently lick the carpet, couch, etc when we are relaxing watching TV? MY 5yr old doesn't do that. She also is much more reactive on walks and wants attention from people we stop to greet. Pet's info: Dog | Scottish Terrier | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old | 18 lbs
