My cat has a bite wound leaking fluid. Is it infected? What to do?

That looks like Ben has a bite wound or some sort of puncture wound. It looks like some fluid is starting to leak around the site. This is concerning for an infection. Ben should be seen by his veterinarian today ideally for treatment. Also make sure that Ben is not licking those areas as this can make it worse. An elizabethan collar worn at all times will help. I’m not sure if there was a previous post that was more detailed or had specific questions. Please feel free to repost the specific questions with the photo.
