My cats right eye is always watery, could it be a sign of an allergy? what should I do?.

Hi, and thanks for your question. That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to an infection (upper respiratory tract one) or possibly and quite commonly an allergy . A check up would be needed as appropriate treatmentmight include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
