My dog got diarrhea after starting new medication. Is it a side effect?

My dog is on Famotidine, Sucralfate and Metronidazole to help treat bloody poop he had from Rimadyl. He developed diarrhea this morning after being on the new set of medicine for 36 hours. Is this a side effect of the new medicine and is there anything that can be done to help? He is eating the chicken and rice meals just fine and drinking water normally. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 27.4 lbs
