I think my cat has a sore tooth, I would like to know whether regular brushing will resolve this issue. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed

Unfortunately brushing will not resolve the problem as there is quite severe tartar accumulation and gingivitis. Descale procedure would be ideally needed.
