I think my 3 months old kitten has the flu, she’s refusing to eat , she’s lost a lot of weight, and all she does is sleep all day everyday and doesn’t move She won’t even drink water

This sign could be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or possibly to a chronic rhinitis (usually infective). Herpesvirus infection and secondary bacterial infection is usually involved in this cases. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
