My small puppy is spitting up clear foam and eating her poop. Help!

Hello. My little princess has spit up twice within 24 hours - once yesterday and this morning. It was slightly foamy but mostly clear. She’s already had her first shot on 2/8 (Pavo) and her fecal has been tested (very healthy, no parasites or worms). She hasn’t been around other animals or exposed to anything that could possibly make her sick. However, she’s developed a bad habit of noshing on her poop (which I often scoop immediately). Pet's info: Dog | Maltipoo | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 23 days old | 1.7 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Kenzie. I recommend contacting her veterinarian today. She is so young and small that I worry about her if the vomiting continues. She is at risk for becoming dehydrated and developing low blood sugar. She may require additional fecal testing to look for other sources of intestinal infections.
