My pitbull pooped grass, is gassy, and has a wound. Is this serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 50 lbs

Hello. My pitbull pooped pure grass this morning and has gas sounds coming from her stomach. She is also fighting an infection from a wound. Other than that, she is acting normal. Can this be related or is it much more serious?

It is not uncommon for dogs to get bouts of gastroenteritis where they self soothe by eating grass. It could be as simple as this. However, if she appears to be dull or starts being sick or not eating then I would get her checked by a vet just in case it is more serious. The wound should also be checked to ensure its not infected.
