What is this small bump on my dog's belly that doesn't bother him?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Male | neutered | 10 months and 5 days old | 10 lbs

This was on my dogs belly, doesn’t seem to bother him.

This is just a small vesicle possibly a single hair follicle that got infected. Nothing to be worried about unless you notice more of those around that area. Disinfection can eventually be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking (if any).
