My Rottweiler is scared of the vet. How can I help her anxiety?

My 4yo rescued Rottweiler has severe fear anxiety. The vet can even examine her. What can I do to help with this situation. She does fine around the family as lon as you don’t put your arms around her. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 98 lbs
