My puppy has a big belly and white dots in poop. Are they worms?

I have just received this puppy and her stomach is quite big, I took a look at her poop and there are white dots. I was curious to whether it looks like she has worms or not. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 1 day old | 6 lbs

Hello. Those are not worms in Chamille's poop, but she probably does have intestinal worms ( all puppies do ). You can deworm her with any over the counter wormer, just follow the directions carefully. Better yet, if you have not had her examined by your veterinarian, consider doing so. He will look at a sample of her poop under a microscope & be able to diagnose & treat exactly what might be in there. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
