My cat only wants to sleep with me on my bed although he has his own bed. However he sheds a lot of fur and I have respiratory issues so I cannot allow him to sleep on my bed. How do I make him sleep on his own bed ?

He likely just wants to be close to you. You will likely have to put his bed in a separate room that is closed off so he doesn't have the choice to be in your bed. I have to do this with my own dogs otherwise my allergies are a mess. They have learn to really enjoy their little "night time room". I give them a little treat before bedtime and they crawl right into their beds now. You could start a similar routine for him. I hope this helps!
