My cat's spay site has dry pus and stitches. Should I take her to vet?

Hello! My cat Hazel, was spayed saturday 02/16/19 and I just want to know if I need to take her to the vet. Her spay site has some dry like pus around it and you can see the main stitch on the outside of her body. I got her spayed at the local shelter for a cheaper cost because of money issues. I just want to make sure she is not infected. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 4.1 lbs

It is normal to see sutures on the outside of the skin, it's the skin suture layer. As for the pus, that can be a sign of infection so to be safe, I'd take Hazel into the vet in the morning to get it checked out. Best of luck.
