My new spayed puppy sleeps a lot. Is this normal or parvo?

I just adopted a 14 week old Chihuahua Pomeranian mix. Today is day 2 at home. She as spayed just a few days ago, Tuesday. She has been laying down and sleeping for the past 6 hours. Is this normal for pups her age to take naps this long? Nervous about parvo. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 3 months and 6 days old | 11 lbs

Congrats on your new puppy! Yes, puppies can sleep a lot when they are little, and as she was recently spayed, she will be recovering from that as well. If Honey did have parvo, you'd see other signs such as vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and anorexia. If you aren't seeing those signs, then I would not be worried about parvo. I hope this helps!
