What's this small, non-bleeding blood spot on my cat's mouth?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 7.5 lbs

On his mouth skin, there is a small blood spot, do not fester, do not bleed, what circumstance is this excuse me? I would be very grateful if you could reply

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is very small. Possibly about 2-3mm in diameter. This may be the site of an infection or inflammation. It may resolve on its own. If it does not resolve in the next week or so, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Best of luck!
