Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 27 days old | 1.3 lbs
She’s whimpering a lot and does it more when you touch her or try to move her. Her left eye is red and I think she’s in hypoglycemic shock because her jaw was closed shut and had very pale gums. I gave her nutrical and it seemed to work as she started walking and drank a lot of water but didn’t eat. She’s laying down again all balled up and shivering a lot. She also has like crust around her eye and is sneezing out a lot of fluid, I think it’s water. Please help me help her !! I love her so much

Poor Nala! If she is very pale, curled up, in shock, or in distress/pain it would be best to seek care from your veterinarian or an emergency clinic in person ASAP, especially as puppies (and very small breed dogs) can quickly become hypoglycemic. Feeding smaller meals more frequently can help with hypoglycemia and preventing it in small breed dogs. You can also use a warm washcloth to clean any crusting from the eyes or nose, however if her symptoms continue, seeing a vet in person is best.
