Why is my cat lethargic, not eating, breathing fast, and meowing slowly?

My cat was lazy and sayinv meowing slowly. I gave milk it is drink but cannot take food it only takes milk only and today morning my cat was breath fastly and im touch it says slow meow. What the problem. Please help me. And another question my cat was lick me when im near the cat why my cat lick me. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Being weak, tired, lethargic and a change of meow is a sign of being sick. I recommend you bring Mennu to the vet. There are many possible causes and you need to do testing to check. For your second question- cats lick people because they like the taste of salt, or they are saying 'hi' and showing love.
