My dog might be pregnant. What are the early signs and how to tell?

I've taken my dog to two different vets and no one can tell me if she is pregnant. She still isn't eating her food that she was eating. She did have lose stool for about a week. Used Pepto it cleared up. But still picky on her food. Jan 5th-12th is the possible dates how far along would she be. Can I get a stethoscope and listen myself. And what would be the heart rate I'm looking for. Please help I've done just about everything I can. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 28 days old | 10 lbs

Five weeks is still pretty early, even with an ultrasound it can be missed sometimes. you won't be able to hear anything with a stethoscope other than her heart beat. according to those dates she should give birth around mid March, if she is pregnant.
