What's better for my overweight dog: I/D Low Fat or Natural Balance?

Aubree is recently 20lb she is overweight and I was given two choice in what food to give her I/D low fat and Natural Balance Far dog food wish one is better I want was best for it but i’ve never been a fan of prescription food to be honest. thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 6 years and 6 months old | 19 lbs

I'm a fan of I/D. Hill's has veterinary nutritionists on staff, they run feeding trials, and they are an excellent food company. I put more trust in a company that has veterinary nutritionists on staff to make sure a dog's nutritional balance is met than with a company that doesn't have them on staff. I hope this helps!
