Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 18 days old | 2.2 lbs
How do I get my yorkie puppy to stop biting me/people. She is 2 months old, I know she is teething she bites when you’re trying to play with her and when you hold her. What can I do to stop this as sometimes she bites soft and others it’s hard and hurts and can potentially break the skin.

This is a serious issue that will only worsen with age. Consider an evaluation with a veterinary behavioral specialist as well as a certified trainer. Your dog needs to learn you do not "belong" to him and he doesn't have to "protect" you from friends and family members. Obedience training is strongly recommended as is instituting a "nothing is free" program at home. This means whatever your dog wants, he must "work" for it. It can be as simple as sitting before meals, walks, or playtime. Be firm and be consistent. Reward appropriate behavior and correct negative behavior immediately.

I strongly recommend enrolling in puppy training classes as soon as possible to set some important training and socialization skills and improve her focus and manners. She is still young enough to learn but is already developing potentially dangerous patterns which become very difficult to reverse if not caught in time. Your vets office or pet store should be able to advise on local, reputable trainers and classes
