My puppy threw up pink, tried to vomit. What should I do now?

My dog threw up something pink last night and this morning he wokr up and was trying to vomit but couldnt after that he was acting fine and now he is sleeping hes a pup and only six pounds what do i do?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 2 days old | 6 lbs

It sounds as Mark is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
