My puppy seems sick. Can I give him Tylenol or human pain relievers?

I just got my puppy and he was around a few people that had a cold and now i think hes got one I noticed last night he was taking alot of little breaths and it seemed like his heart was racing and his nose is a little stuffy and running a little bit. hes just been laying around when normally hes running around playing. his belly is also a little warm also been sneezing .i was wondering if I could give him children's oral tylenol or ibuprofen? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 26 days old | 10 lbs

Do not give him any over the counter human pain relievers as they can be toxic to dogs. He should be examined by a vet to treat any problems that he is having. He may need an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and your vet can prescribe the right medications to treat his problems.
