My dog just had a a loose stool and there was a spot of blood in it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed

A small bit of bright red blood in otherwise brown poop can just be a burst vessel and isn't as concerning as poop that is completely bloody or poop that looks like raspberry jam. If Paris is still bright and eating, then feed a bland diet of boiled/boneless/skinless chicken breast and boiled rice for a few days and then return to normal diet. If Paris is weak, lethargic, or the poop is very bloody, then have her to a vet right away. Best of luck with Paris!
