My street dog is very sick, not eating, and has discharge. What to do?

She's not been eating and drinking (even water) for a few days (5-7) now. She seems very weak. There's some ugly stuff near her nose and eyes. When she licks her body, it spreads everywhere and that attracts flies. She's even finding it difficult to scare away flies. She lives in street and I can't take her to any vet. So could you please advise on what I should do? Her breed is Indian Street dog or I am not sure, some mix may be. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female

You need to find an animal charity to help you, Karuppu is extremely sick and this is not something that can be treated with home remedies. You need to get her into a vet now or find someone who can take her into a vet or she could die. Best of luck.
