Why are my dog's eyes cloudy when I shine a light on them at night?

Dogs eyes look cloudy at night? Its kinda like the reflection of light u see in a dogs eyes when u shine light on it except it looks cloudy you can only see it at night none of my other dogs eyes look clouded at night. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 4 months old
