Is my puppy's biting and aggression due to pent-up energy?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 5 days old | 53.7 lbs

My 3 month beagle has been acting very aggressive since morning had bitten me innumerable times. Had been growling and running around. Please help. And it's been raining since morning and he dint go out to play alot outside. Could it be a cause of his aggression?

That is certainly possible! Try playing a game with him this morning like fetch or tug-of-war that can be played in the house. It’s very likely that if you can burn off some of this energy, the play aggression that you are seeing will stop, at least for a while. Puppies require daily activity or they can be naughty.
