Why is my dog losing eye hair, scooting, and has green discharge?

Hello my dog has been losing hair around his eye and now the other eye is starting to shed I thought it would be something dealing with his diet ,also he keeps scratching his bum on the floor and his urethra has green like pus dripping I take him in to be seen when needed but this is new please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 1 day old | 20 lbs

Draco does need to be seen by a vet today. The hair loss could be due to something like mange, allergies, or a skin infection. Scratching his bum could be due to anal sac impaction or intestinal worms. The green discharge from his urethra could be normal (it's called smegma), or it could be a sign of an infection. Please take him into a vet today.
