My dog ate toy stuffing and is now sick. Could it be an obstruction?

My dog ate stuffing out of a Toy last week,but there were no signs of anything wrong with him until this week,he stopped eating and we gave him liquid parafin,still would not eat so we waited 2 days and then gave him Kaolin & Morphine mixture and now he has vomited most of it up, but he will not eat,he's drinking plenty...this morning there was a yellow pool of poop....but he's not as lively as he was yesterday....is there anything else I can do,he is a german shepherd,11 years and 3 months. You need to take Echo into a vet immediately. He could have an obstruction from this stuffing, and may need surgery to remove it. Leaving an obstruction untreated is fatal, which is why you need to get him into a vet now. Best of luck.
