Hi there my dog has large pink spots under his chin and tiny pink spots on his paw pads and legs. He is very uncomfortable with me touching his paw as it is in a lot of pain

The chin looks like either chin acne or a local reaction that has turned into an infection. You can give him Benadryl twice a day for help with any allergy component, but since he is painful on his paw and his chin looks infected, I would strongly recommend to have a vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to determine the cause and start him on pain meds and antibiotics if needed. Do not give any human pain meds as these are toxic to dogs. I hope this helps and he starts to feel better really soon!

Poor Koda! This doesn’t look like your typical chin acne. This looks like a local reaction or a bacterial or fungal infection. I would have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to see if this looks like an infection or a reaction or a combo of both. Your vet will b able to get him on the proper medicine and possible steroids if needed to help him feel better. I hope this helps!
