My kitten is sneezing, congested, and breathing fast. Is it serious?

My kitten is about 5 months old, I just got him a week ago from a lady that works at a vetinary clinic. Since he’s been with me he’s been nothing but perfect! I am a little concerned because he has been sneezing frequently and sounds a little congested. But he doesn’t have goopy eyes, runny nose or diarrhea. He’s been eating a little less than when I first got him, but always gets excited for food! Im also a little concerned about his respritory rate which is about 36 breaths per minute. I would call your veterinarian in the morning to get Flynn looked at. He may just have an upper respiratory infection but it can quickly develop into pneumonia.
