Why are my newborn puppies' stomachs purple and bloated? Are they dying?

Hello ! My dog just gave birth 1 week ago. After 1 week 3 of her babies suddenly had a strange stomach pain and keep crying everyday. Their belly suddenly turn to purple and their face is pale. I think they might get infected by virus from their Mom’ milk . And I don’t know how to help. The puppies don’t have any diarrhea or fever . Their stomach are bloated and purple . Moreover , two of the puppies died 2 days ago . Is there anyway I can save the other puppies ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female

If all the puppies are affected and some are dying, it would be best to seek veterinary care in person immediately. It is possible they have all contracted something, have an illness or injury, or some other issue going on which needs to be seen and treated by a vet ASAP, especially if they are in visible pain, not thriving, turning blue or purple or are passing away.
