My dog has swollen eyes with yellowish discharge. What should I do?

Hello Sir/Mam, Lucy is a stray female mother dog of three cubs. Yesterday, I saw her eyes which were swollen. Her right eye is more swollen than the left one. I saw yellowish fluid in her right eye. Please, suggest me an appropriate advice for Lucy's problem. Sorry about the photos. I have not had any photos of Lucy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female

It sounds like Lucy has an eye infection at the very least. There are many knock on issues that can occur in eyes so it would be best to have her examined by a vet in case there is any serious damage. In the case of infection she will need to have the eyes gently cleaned with sterile water then antibiotic eye drops applied. I would urge you to speak to a local vet regarding this though.
