My senior French Bulldog is bloated with bloody urine and cancer?

I have a 12 year old French Bulldog. He has been suffering from degenerative myelopathy for years. He hasnt had very controlled bowel movements or urination for these last two years The past 6 months he has gone downhill with less walking. The past 2 months he has lost his appetite but still eats. The first symptoms were that he was drinking lots of water. Vet says hes anemic and has high white blood cell count. Suspects cancer. Today we noticed hes bloated looking and has blood in the urine. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old | 28 lbs
