Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old | 28 lbs
I have a 12 year old French Bulldog. He has been suffering from degenerative myelopathy for years. He hasnt had very controlled bowel movements or urination for these last two years The past 6 months he has gone downhill with less walking. The past 2 months he has lost his appetite but still eats. The first symptoms were that he was drinking lots of water. Vet says hes anemic and has high white blood cell count. Suspects cancer. Today we noticed hes bloated looking and has blood in the urine

These signs are extremely concerning and more investigations are essential to determine the origin of them and understand what type of treatment is required. Abdominal ultrasound and urine analysis would be needed. I would strongly recommend to discuss these options with your local veterinarian.
