Why is my dog vomiting foamy fluid, not eating, and lethargic?

For the past day or so our dog rockie has not been eating much and when he drinks water he started vomiting clear/ yellowish foamy fluid. He seems not his playful self just laying around. He does have a wet nose “ not sure if that’s good or not” and doesn’t seem to be in any pain. Is there a dog “flu” that he might have. I’m worried now the he is not drinking water. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 70 lbs

The wet nose isn't a problem, but it is a concern that Rockie isn't eating and vomiting whenever he is drink gin water. He also sounds lethargic. He could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. His symptoms indicate he is quite sick, and he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into one immediately. Best of luck.
