Why are my parakeet's wing feathers missing and beak feathers brown?

I have 2 parakeets and one seems to have missing feathers on its wings and feathers around it’s beak are a little Brown. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male

Thanks for reaching out about Sky. Feather loss can be due to poor diet, stress, over-preening, external parasites, skin infections, metabolic disease, viral disease and more. Research and correct the diet birds do poorly on an all seed diet. A veterinarian is probably needed to exam and recommend diagnostics/ treatments. Good luck.
