Mia is gorgeous! It's hard to tell at this point in time because Ragdolls will not get their full color until they are two years of age. She looks like she has seal point, and is tortie. Check out this link for more information: http://www.ragdolls.cz/en/about-breed-colors.html

Mia is absolutely gorgeous! I have a ragdoll myself, he's a seal tabby mitted ragdoll. From the pictures, it looks ilke she is a seal point (pale body with darker extremities), but her full colors will not be in just yet. Ragdolls will take up to two years for their full colors to come in. My ragdoll was white with dark extremities when I first got him at four months of age, and it took until he was two before the tabby marks came into his fur. If you can't get ahold of her old owner, you may just have to wait awhile before her full colors come in so you can know her type of ragdoll. Sorry I can't give you a full answer, but I hope this helps somewhat!
