My CKD cat is constipated. How long before it's a serious risk?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 2 months old | 6 lbs

My cat is CKD and has creatinine 3.7 and BUN 94 according to recent reports and after treatment of 8 months, still he is on drips but it's been 2 days now he hasn't passed the stool , I am worried and for how long a cat can be constipated and what is the risk and day ??

If Anano is in pain I recommend an emergency visit. If not then tomorrow morning I would call your veterinarian to make sure we are not constipated. If Anano is they can prescribe medication to help draw water into his colon. He may need medication daily now to help him pass stool.
