Are Pitbull puppies healthy, purebred, and what about male vs female?

Hi I was wondering if you could tell me if these are pure bred Pitbull puppies and if they are healthy by just looking from just looking at them from the outside I know you can’t tell me anything in detail without looking at them in person but just from the outside.and I was wondering is it better to get a female dog or a male dog.and I was also wondering if there is a way I can tip dr.elizabeth online.
