Why is my guinea pig suddenly peeing everywhere when out of her cage?

Hello. My guinea pig Carmel has recently started peeing all over the place when taken out of her cage. Even if it’s only for 2 to 5 minutes she pees all over! She is eating and drinking like normal and looks overall healthy. She has not had accidents in over a year. It’s very strange. Is she sick or just has to pee a lot? Thank you in advance.
