My Cavalier is prone to heart issues. Does she need heart supplements?

Hello, do you recommend any heart health supplements outside my dogs daily diet? She is on royal canin weight care. I'm hoping once she loses some weight I can transfer her to the cavalier diet. She is currently on fish oil, probiotics, and a joint pill. I wanted to know if you think it would be worthwhile to have her on some kind of a heart supplement, as she is a cavalier and she is prone to heart issues. Thank you. A heart supplement wouldn’t hurt but she probably doesn’t necessarily need one, particularly if she does not have documented heart disease. If you choose to use a supplement I would recommend VetriScience Cardio. You should always check with your vet before starting any supplement.
