Why is my baby lovebird's leg splayed and the other not moving?

hello . i have an emergency question . i have a baby love bird and one of its legs not move but the other one splayed . she is only 2 week . i think she feels too much pain . I'm in iran and there is no vet for lovebirds here to help me

Thanks for reaching out about Cutie and including photos. This condition often arises from improper substrate that allows the legs to slip outward. During the developmental phases of grown, bones are soft and bend easily. You can attempt to "hobble" the legs underneath her in an attempt to correct things but prognosis is not good. A veterinary visit can improve odds, especially if avian experienced. Good luck.
