Found abandoned cats. How to rehome them without shelter euthanasia?

A women who used to live down my road has 2 male cats she doesn’t take care of at all (food, vet checks, flea treatment etc) Instead Several neighbours including myself have took on that responsibility to care for them. Recently she has moved houses and left the cats here. I’m not sure if I should give the cats in to a shelter because I don’t know whether they’d be unable to rehome them and end up euthanising them. Their friendly cats and roughly 5 or 6 years old.

If they are friendly you could trot take some pictures of them yourself and try to put them on social media to find them a home. Also, you could look for a no kill shelter in your area so you know they wont put a time limit on their adoption. I hope this helps!
