My budgie has a foot wound, heavy breathing, and is lethargic. Help?

Hi! My budgie is usually really vocal and active but today the weather was rather cold and i found it sitting at the bottom of the cage. So i took it out and found that it had a bite wound on its foot. It’s also breathing rather heavily and i wasnt sure because if it was in pain or something else more to be concerned about? It’s still really alert but just less energetic than normal. Is this something to be concerned about or will it go away with time? Thankyou. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Thanks for reaching out about Blu. What did it get bit by? If a mammal or open wounds, probably needs to see a veterinarian, at least for antibiotics. But also possible foot fracture and/or pain medications. Provide heat support due to cold weather. Good luck.
