I typically don't recommend it because it's very hard to get the correct balance of nutrients needed. If you do want to feed Rascal a homemade diet, check out these two websites. I strongly recommend consulting with a veterinary nutritionist before doing a home made diet. If you do not have one available to you, then a website such as https://secure.balanceit.com/recipegenerator_ver4/index.php? would be helpful. Many homemade diets are not balanced and can cause health issues due to malnutrition. Good luck and thank you for using Petcoach.

Great question! It is very hard to get the correct balanced diet for a dog from homemade food, so I recommend checking out these two websites below for recipes. It's very hard to get a home cooked diet balanced nutritionally, but good news there are two websites that are run by veterinary nutritionists that have recipes for home cooked diets.
