Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 month and 26 days old | 12 lbs

Michael has a slight wheezy cough and a little bit of sneezing and runny nose. nasal discharge is clear. just got off NC to NY transport two days ago. otherwise playful and he is eating and drinking. ideas?? i’m thinking it’s allergies or transport related but i want to be sure. if discharge is clear that means probably not an infection right...?

This is likely just from stress and allergies but could the beginning stages of an upper respiratory infection. I would start with some benadryl twice a day. See link below. If he isn't improving or gets worse, I would have your vet take a look at him to make sure he doesn't need any antibiotics. Keep a close eye on him since he is so young and small. Make sure he is eating and drinking and acting normal. I hope this helps!
